Finspire Technologies LLC is a Qatar-registered fintech company.
Finspire’s primary product is Pension Beyond, a technology-enabled micro-retirement and long-term financial planning platform.

All other features provided by Finspire, including financial literacy tools, personal financial management features, and AI-enabled insights, are ancillary and supportive to Pension Beyond and are designed to help users better understand, plan, and engage with long-term financial security. It can also act as a stand-alone product where applicable.

Finspire operates as a technology enabler and does not act as a bank, custodian, trustee, or licensed investment advisor.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent, to use the Services.

• You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your details up to date.

• Certain Pension Beyond features may be available only to eligible users, employers, or regulator-approved phases.

3. Nature and Scope of Pension Beyond

3.1 What Pension Beyond Is

Pension Beyond is a structured framework that helps users plan long-term financial security through defined contribution cycles and visibility tools.

3.2 What Pension Beyond Is Not

Finspire explicitly does not:

• provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice;

• guarantee returns or financial outcomes;

• receive, hold, or control user funds;

• execute financial transactions or withdrawals on behalf of users.

All financial contributions, where applicable, are processed directly by licensed financial institutions, and all funds remain under their custody and responsibility.

4. Supporting Features

Finspire may provide supporting tools that enhance the Pension Beyond experience, including:

• Financial literacy and educational content

• Personal financial management and budgeting tools

• Technology-assisted insights, including AI-enabled categorization or summaries

These features are provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

5. Transparency and Disclosure

Finspire is committed to fair and transparent communication. We will clearly disclose:

• product features and limitations,

• eligibility criteria,

• applicable fees and prices,

• key risks and user responsibilities,

• how users may submit complaints or requests.

No hidden fees or misleading representations are used.

6. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and device security.

• You must notify Finspire immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

• Finspire may suspend access to protect users, platform integrity, or regulatory compliance.

7. Responsible Use

You agree not to:

• misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services;

• provide false or misleading information;

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Finspire maintains a free, accessible, and fair complaint-handling mechanism.

9. Suspension and Termination

10. Limitation of Liability

• Finspire is not responsible for financial decisions made by users based on the Services.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by the laws of the State of Qatar.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

Disputes should first be raised through Finspire’s internal complaint-handling process. Where unresolved, disputes may be escalated in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
